one of the many parks of pittsburgh, with large fields and sports fields. highland is pretty big, with a small pond and winding trails and all that. also found are basketball and tennis courts, along with soccer fields and a swimming pool.

the mall is like any other mall, filled with stores, and a very large food court. on the weekends it's full of teenagers.

shop & save is pittsburgh's local supermarket. come here for all your grocery needs.

everyone needs to eat, and thanks to our culture these days, there are about a billion of places you can go to get something to eat.

are you going out for a night on the town? this is where you should go. there's different clubs, bars, anything to suit your fancy.

bored? catch a movie at the local movie theater, amc. almost all new movies are played here and stay for a few weeks.

for a few dollars, residents can visit playdium, pittsburgh's all-access center for fun. playdium has its very own bowling alley, arcade, and laser tag.

the monongahela river cuts through pittsburgh. many locals stop here for the magnificent view of the water and the city.

though a bit more expensive than playdium, the pittsburgh zoo and aquarium is a great place for a fun-filled day. come see the animals and even pet a stingray.

swisshelm park is home to the middle-class families of pittsburgh. a family-oriented community, swisshelm park is a great place for kids to play and parents to converse. the squirrel hill shopping center is easily accessible from swisshelm park, as is edgewood park. located at the eastern edge of pittsburgh, it is considerably farther from downtown than fox chapel.

larimer is a predominantly lower-class neighborhood of pittsburgh. the neighborhood was once known for its elegant brick houses and sizeable italian community. however, these houses are now abandoned and the population of the neighborhood is mostly poor.
